Ball hockey is a fast paced no contact version of hockey played wearing shoes with a ball on a hard court surface, all participants must have a USA Ball Hockey membership and will be required to wear a helmet, shin guards and protective gloves during games and practices. Each team will meet once a week on Saturdays to have a 15-20 minute long practice followed by a 3 period full length game. We are a coed recreational program and invite all players at any level to come out and learn this amazing sport with us.

We are affiliated with USA Ball Hockey and the Tampa Bay Lightning and look forward to giving everyone a chance to light the lamp. Please note in addition to registering with MBHL each player, coach or official will be required to have a USABH membership prior to the first week of play.
